Return Policy
Please read the following carefully to initiate a return. Any returns must be made within 30 (thirty) business days from receipt of shipment. Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in salable condition.

The item returned or exchanged must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be in original and saleable condition.

  2. All returns must be initiated within 30 (thirty) days of the delivery date.

  3. Pre-approval of returns is required. Please email us immediately if the item doesn't work for you. A return authorization is required.

StormSlide has the sole discretion to determine if returned items have been used, damaged or are in salable condition. Merchandise that is returned in
non-salable condition will be sent back to the customer. Postage, Shipping and Handling charges are not reimbursable.

We have a 20% restocking fee. This is to cover our expenses to make required adjustments in our inventory, database and bookkeeping. Please note that we do not refund postage and S&H.

We do not service returns for International Purchase at this time.
